【明報專訊】To be mindful is to activate our mind so that it may richly engage with our surroundings; in other words, to be "mind-full." The popularity of the mindfulness movement nowadays points to the cultivation of a concentrated mind, through such practices as yoga or meditation. Yet there is another practice that is gaining popularity in Hong Kong, which requires a dedicated sense of mindfulness. I am thinking of the enjoyment of hand drip coffee.
