【明報專訊】ZHANG XIANG, an American scholar of Chinese descent, has been appointed the 16th Vice- Chancellor of the University of Hong Kong. Chinese and English media have mostly emphasised his birth in mainland China, rarely focusing on his aspiration for the university's future development.
