【明報專訊】THE redevelopment plan of "Sneakers Street", which was led by the Urban Renewal Authority (URA), has now been completed. But the element of public participation which was promised by the URA in a bid to solicit support is nowhere to be seen, while the newly-built residential building has a much larger total residential floor area and higher number of apartments than originally planned.
