文章日期:2017年8月16日

【明報專訊】HOWARD LAM TSZ-KIN, a member of the Democratic Party, claims that he has been abducted, drugged, put into false imprisonment and beaten up and that staples have been punched into his legs, all of which actions he suspects were taken by mainland officers from the "force department". Pan-democratic lawmakers argue that Lam's is a case of "law enforcement across the border", and they demand a meeting with the Secretary for Security. The latest development saw the arrest of Lam for allegedly misleading the police.
