【明報專訊】THE CHIEF EXECUTIVE (CE) ELECTION DUST has settled. Carrie Lam has got elected CE with 777 votes, more than what Leung Chun-ying got (689) in 2012. But she is the most unpopular person ever elected CE. She is rather weak in "Hongkongers' support" (one of the four criteria the central authorities have said a CE should meet). It is a huge challenge she will be faced with to find ways to get closer to the citizenry.
