【明報專訊】Since I have recently had my birthday, I find myself engrossed in what I see whenever I pass a cake shop. Cakes in local shops are usually fruit- or chocolate-themed. In other places, you may find cakes that evidence greater creativity. Cakes I particularly like are those inspired by literature.
