【明報專訊】Air conditioning in Hong Kong gives me constant unease. As I shudder in most malls and cinemas, I can't help but think: surely we could have cut carbon emission by half? I haven't met a single person who thinks that the average indoor temperature in Hong Kong is sensible. And yet, mall managements are consumed in their own inertia (惰性). In my mind, air-con generated carbon dioxide contributes to the growing mega cumulonimbus, which will kill us one day.
