【明報專訊】The best period to watch the aurora borealis (the northern lights), a natural light phenomenon in the night sky, is that between December and March. Where can one see auroras? There is no definite answer but most places where one can see the northern lights are close to the North Pole. The area where one is likeliest to see them includes most of Alaska, northern Canada, northern Norway, Sweden and Finland.
