Among the 47% of people who voted at the Hong Kong district elections on 22 November 2015, many were women. Indeed, women seem to have won equality with men. Girls (in most places) get the same education as the boys. Women are moving into jobs that used to be done by men only. German Chancellor Angela Merkel and US presidential candidate Hillary Clinton are among the world's most powerful women. Behind such triumph, however, plenty of women made a lot of sacrifices and the fight has not ended.
