【明報專訊】Writing a column was my childhood dream. I was very particular about being a "columnist", as opposed to a "writer" or a "journalist", for all that they had to offer. Under my docile little face was a hard-core preacher, with a theory on everything from "why you shouldn't kill a bug" to "why women should rule the world". After I chattered my mom into a chronicle headache, she placed a ban on me talking continuously for more than half an hour. As a result, I had to vent all my excessive ideas into my diary, which ended up resembling most newspaper columns (at least to me). Since then, I had always wanted the "columnist licence" to speak my mind freely to the mass every day.
