【明報專訊】It was a typical misty spring morning when I visited my teacher-turned-farmer at Sangwoodgoon (生活館) with his high-school students. Sangwoodgoon is an organic farm/ education unit established after the demolition (拆毁) of the old Tsoi Yuen Tsuen (菜園村), to preserve and further explore a sustainable way of living centered upon organic farming. Now a full time farmer, my friend has mastered the many nuances (細微差別) involved in producing food, including seeding, composting, watering and more. He would like to show us another way of education.
