【明報專訊】WITH the number of old buildings in Hong Kong increasing all the time, both private and public housing are faced with aging problems. However, the authorities are not actively seeking to redevelop old public housing estates. The last redevelopment project - the redevelopment of Lower Ngau Tau Kok Estate - took ten years to complete, from 2004 to 2014.
