【明報專訊】Political satire (諷刺) has long been a form of popular entertainment used to mock and criticise political figures. It is distinguished from protest, since poking fun at politicians does not amount to a political agenda. Yet by uncovering errors and scandals, political satires can influence public sentiments by filling a void in our culture where no established media outlet would make a serious effort to hold the powerful and elite accountable.
