【明報專訊】Among the many gems nature has bestowed upon us, the moon remains one of my favourites — for what it is and for the many incredible stories it has inspired. In addition to bringing out the werewolves (人狼), some say the full moon also summons the lunatic (瘋子) in us. No wonder the famous poet Li Bai drowned when he tried to fetch the moon's image in the river (poets are not the sanest people to begin with!). Shared among Chinese and native Americans are two docile (溫順的) inhabitants on the silver planet: the rabbit and the beautiful girl.
