【明報專訊】After three days' voyage, my cruise finally arrived on the Antarctic Peninsula. The first landing was on the Booth Island. I was so excited to step on Antarctica. Before landing, we needed to vacuum pack our belongings to ensure that no bacterium would be brought to the island. That is a very important procedure for protecting the environment of Antarctica.
