【明報專訊】THE WORKING GROUP on Long-Term Fiscal Planning has published a report which, drawing on vast amounts of data on Hong Kong's economic growth, government revenue, and government expenditure, concludes that structural deficits could at the earliest occur within 10 years. If the Working Group's projections are correct, the situation is really alarming.
