【明報專訊】A LISTING CEREMONY was held the day before yesterday (September 29) to mark the official establishment of the China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone (FTZ). The ceremony was officiated by Han Zheng, head of the Communist Party's Shanghai branch, while Commerce Minister Gao Hucheng was the only senior official from Beijing who attended. However, this low-key ceremony did not belie the importance of the zone because of the financial reforms to be introduced.
