【明報專訊】THE COURT OF FINAL APPEAL (CFA) has allowed W, a transsexual woman, to marry her boyfriend on the grounds that the Marriage Ordinance is in conflict with the Basic Law and the Hong Kong Bill of Rights Ordinance. The decision has nullified a rule long upheld here - that only natural men and women may get married.
