【明報專訊】SHORTLY AFTER Kemal Bokhary warned, upon his recent retirement as a permanent judge of the Court of Final Appeal, that "a storm of unprecedented ferocity is gathering on the horizon", a mainland law scholar suggested reforming the Court of Final Appeal and the Basic Law Committee. This suggestion, together with Basic Law Committee deputy director Elsie Leung Oi-sie's recent criticism of local judges, makes one feel that the storm is going to break soon. Those who love Hong Kong must stay alert.
