【明報專訊】WITH the number of new and semi-new stocks plagued by various issues continuing to rise in recent years, the Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) announced a few days ago the findings of its probe into the Hontex International (0946) case and the penalty imposed. Mega Capital was found to have totally failed to discharge its responsibilities as the listing sponsor of Hontex International, which was suspended from trading three months after its listing three years ago.
