【明報專訊】WITH the exposure of Donald Tsang Yam-kuen's acceptance of hospitability from tycoons, society has been vocal in condemning the loopholes in the Prevention of Bribery Ordinance, which allow the Chief Executive to go totally unchecked. The review committee chaired by former Chief Justice Andrew Li Kwok-nang is soon to submit a report with proposals for the revision of the ordinance so that it will be made fully applicable to the Chief Executive.
