【明報專訊】The gentlemen inhabiting (居住於) a particular island in the south seas staged a protest (抗議). Well, more or less. Since they couldn't parade around (到處遊行) waving banners (橫額), they sat on their hands. To sit on one's hands is to do absolutely nothing, which explains why the folks on Easter Island have not moved for centuries!
