【明報專訊】Sucre (蘇克雷) is the brilliant constitutional capital (憲法首都) of Bolivia （玻利維亞）, ultimately named after the great revolutionary marshal (元帥) Don Antonio Jose de Sucre, who fought for Bolivia's independence (although Sucre is often mistakenly thought to be named after "sugar"). The city was previously known as La Plata (silver in Spanish) as it was an emerging city of privilege and honour.
