【明報專訊】As we stepped onto the cobbled streets (石春路) of Colonia, it was as if we were launched back into the dazzling colonial times. Being the only Portuguese settlement on the Río de la Plata back in 1680, it still did not fail to portray the intense influence of the struggle between the Spanish and the Portuguese.
