【明報專訊】The first place that had changed my ignorant (無知的) view on Eastern Europe completely was Budapest (匈牙利首都布達佩斯). The capital of Hungary is actually separated into two sides-Buda and Pest, with Buda being the more affluent (富裕的) area and Pest the more student-friendly part. A city of turbulent (動蕩的) and tragic history, Budapest was tossed from Nazi dictatorship to communist rule within a year, causing extreme destruction to the Golden Age.
