【明報專訊】You can easily taste around the world in Hong Kong, and you can probably find fine cuisines in each and every Chinese province with no difficulty at all. But when it comes to authentic (正宗的) local dishes, you aren't left with many choices. How about a restaurant that takes you back to the 1970s Hong Kong? With its food, decor and, most important, the reasonable price, Hong Kong Dai Pai Dong (香港大牌檔) is fast becoming my favourite dining place in Hong Kong.
