【明報專訊】THE government is consulting the public about setting up a Financial Dispute Resolution Centre (FDRC) that would help investors and financial institutions to come to settlements. When there is such an avenue, they may not have to resort to litigation, which is costly and time-consuming. The proposal has something to recommend it.
