【明報專訊】They say it's the most miserable month, but I love January. The days are longer, the cold is crisp (清新的、涼爽的) and real, and there's no more celebrations getting in the way of good old work. This week my bandmate Euan and I have been mostly demoing (製成樣本（唱片）) our album, in a studio in London's Kensal Rise. It's a pleasant way to ease into this year, a lot of which will be spent recording, and it's a good marker to see how far ahead we are in the process. It feels right now like we're behind, but songs are like thoughts. They come out of nowhere and gather when you're least expecting it. I believe the album will be finished by the deadline.
