【明報專訊】CHIEF EXECUTIVE (CE) Donald Tsang delivers his fifth policy address tomorrow. It is a concern whether he will introduce such reforms for straightening out land supply and flat supply that the distorted property market may gradually return to normal. The Real Estate Developers Association (REDA), which was not in favour of regular land auctions, has altered its stance. The generality of its members now are in favour of having regular land auctions and keeping the application list system. The government should readjust its policy in the light of changing circumstances. It should resume regular land auctions so that the property market may return to normal.
