【明報專訊】I recently moved into my boyfriend's house in Ladbroke Grove, West London. Our room is small and we are sharing the house, so I couldn't take a lot with me. Last weekend, I drove back to my old apartment, collected all the things I didn't need, and left them on the street with a sign that said "Free-Please Take". By the end of the day, only the sign was left. I stood at my window watching while strangers recommended books to each other, tried on jackets, and struck up a conversation with a lady who was taking games for her grandson. She later came back with a bottle of wine. It was a great day.
